We accept exchanges depending on the type of the issue and product availability, within 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE, provided the item is returned in its original condition—including original packaging, unused state, and all labels and accompanying documents. Please note:

  • For garments, KiRiVOO offers alterations if you experience any issues with the fit. Alternatively, we may exchange the item for another size or a garment of similar value, provided it is available in stock.
  • As many of our products are available exclusively online through the website and are made to order, exchanges are limited to products that are in stock. Additionally, personalised (also engraved) items and custom-made products can not be exchanged. This does not affect the Customer's statutory rights in case the product is faulty or incorrect.

Before returning a product, you must notify us by submitting this form or in-case of any unexpected technical issue, by notifying us via e-mail. The e-mail should contain the following information:

  • Customer´s full name;
  • Order number and date;
  • Name of the style and size of the item;
  • The reason for exchange;
  • The description and image of item's non-conformity or defects.

We will then provide you with further information and instructions.

We accept returns within 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE, provided that the product is returned in its original state, including original packaging, unused condition, and all labels and accompanying documents.

Before returning your product, you must notify us by submitting this form or in-case of any unexpected technical issue, by notifying us via e-mail: shop@kirivoo.com. The e-mail should contain the following information:

  1. Customer´s full name;
  2. Order number and date;
  3. SKU, style name and size of the product;
  4. The reason for return;
  5. The description and photo of the product non-conformity or defect.

We will then provide you with further information and instructions.

Please note: KiRiVOO is not obligated to accept a damaged product. If the original packaging is damaged, you must compensate for the decrease in value (this does not apply to postal packaging).

Returned product must include all parts that were initially in the box. In case the purchase included extra products handed out during a campaign for free, you need to return these as well. If any items are returned that were part of a multi buy promotion, all items must be returned.

Non-returnable products include all personalised (also engraved) jewellery items and custom made garments.

This does not affect your statutory rights in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive an incorrect product or notice any non-conformity or defects, please notify KiRiVOO immediately by submitting this form. We'll then provide further information, instructions, and a pre-paid shipping label for returning the faulty item that does not require further inspection.

KiRiVOO stands behind the quality of our products and offer a LIFELTIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects, valid for as long as the original customer owns the product. In such cases, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

The LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, fading, exposure to harsh chemicals, or any alterations, servicing, or repairs performed by anyone other than KiRiVOO.

In addition, we provide a 1-YEAR ACCIDENTAL damage coverage as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction. And, after the first year, we can still help maintain your product’s appearance by offering repairs, professional silver cleaning, or gold replating for a nominal fee.

Should you experience any issues, please complete our WARRANTY & REPAIRS REQUEST FORM, and we will be happy to guide you through the process. Kindly note that you must return the item for evaluation (to the address provided by us) and the cost of returning remains your responsibility.

If your item cannot be repaired or reproduced under the warranty, we will provide a replacement product of similar style or equivalent value as we cannot guarantee it will be the exact same piece of jewellery. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable law.

Products should be returned by post following our instructions, which will be e-mailed to you by our customer service team.

Generally, products are returned using the same delivery method as when ordered.

In the case of an item with an evident defect that does not require further inspection, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for its return. For all other returns, you're responsible for delivery costs up to 10 €.  If the delivery cost exceeds this amount, we will cover the difference. However, if you have explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option provided by us, we will not refund the cost exceeding that of the standard delivery.

If you withdraw from a contract, we will refund the purchase provided that the product cannot be repaired or replaced and satisfies the conditions for a refund.

If a you return all products, a full refund of the order will be issued (including the delivery charge). If you return a selected item, the refund will cover the item's price and the delivery charge.

We will process the refund as soon as possible but may delay it until the returned product has been received. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. If the refund has not been received within 14 days from the date of return shipment, the Customer should contact KiRiVOO via e-mail, as the returned item may not yet have been received.

Please note that personalised (also engraved) products and custom made products are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect.

Yes, you may return the product to us under our TAKE-BACK SCHEME.
