We are happy to refund or exchange any ready-to-wear and made-to-order product* returned within 21 days of purchase as long as it is subject to the condition that the product is returned in its original state (in original packaging and include all parts that were initially in the box), must be in an unused condition and include all labels and other documents included in the parcel.  

* This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or wrong.

RIGHT OF EXCHANGES

7.1.  KiRiVOO is happy to exchange any ready-to-wear or made-to-order product returned within 21 days of purchase as long as it is subject to the condition that the product is returned in its original state (in original packaging), must be in an unused condition and include all labels and other documents included in the parcel. Product can only be replaced with another size of the same product.

7.2. Before exchanging the product(s) the Customer has to notice KiRiVOO via e-mail: shop@kirivoo.com. The e-mail should contain the following information: Customer´s full name, order number, name of the product, name and size of the exchange product and the reason for exchange. KiRiVOO will then notify the Customer with further information and instructions.

7.3. Please note that certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Please note that custom made products can not be exchanged.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

8.1. KiRiVOO is happy to refund any ready-to-wear or made-to-order product returned within 21 days of purchase as long as it is subject to the condition that the product is returned in its original state (in original packaging), must be in an unused condition and include all labels and other documents included in the parcel. Proof of purchase and shipping is required. When purchasing the product, the limitation of 21 days starts from the moment the product has been handed over to the customer.

8.1.1. If the original packaging is damaged, the Customer will have to compensate the decrease in value (does not apply to postal packages). KiRiVOO is not obligated to take back damaged product(s). All of this does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or wrong.

8.2. Before returning the product(s), the Customer has to notice KiRiVOO via e-mail: shop@kirivoo.com. This e-mail should contain the following information: Customer´s full name, order number, name of the product, and if possible add the reason for returning. KiRiVOO will then notify the Customer with further information and instructions.

8.3. The returned product has to include all parts that were initially in the box. In case the purchase included extra products handed out during a campaign for free, Customer needs to return these as well. If any items are returned that were part of a multi buy promotion, all items must be returned.

8.4. Returning delivery costs up to 10€ have to be paid by a Customer. If the delivery cost is higher, KiRiVOO will pay the rest. However, Customer has to allow KiRiVOO to provide the delivery instructions. Generally products are returned using the same delivery method as when ordering. 

8.4.1. If a Customer has clearly chosen a manner of delivery of an item different from the cheapest regular manner of delivery of an item provided by KiRiVOO, KiRiVOO shall not refund the cost exceeding the cost of the regular manner of delivery (§ 561 (3) of VÕS). 

8.5. Products should be returned by post according to KiRiVOO´s instructions, which will be emailed to a Customer. If not informed/agreed differently, goods must be returned to Spordi 12-15, Tallinn, Estonia, 11315.

8.6. If a Customer withdraws from a contract, KiRiVOO will return the money as soon as possible, but not later but no later than within 14 days as of receiving the Customer´s notice of withdrawal (§ 561 (1) of VÕS). The money will be refunded to the same bank account it was paid from. If the money has not been returned within 14 days, please contact shop@kirivoo.com (probably the returned product has not yet reached us). KiRiVOO may delay payments until the Customer has returned the item(s) or has provided evidence that he or she has returned the item(s).

8.6.1. If a Customer returns all products, he/she will be offered a full refund (including delivery charge). If a Customer returns fewer goods, KiRiVOO will refund the exact value of the returned product(s) (shown on the order receipt) and shipping fee (calculated proportionally).

8.7. Please note that certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Please note that custom made products can not be returned. 

CLAIMS

9.1. KiRiVOO will be liable for product non-conformity and defects.

9.2. KiRiVOO will not take responsibility in the following cases:

  • Customer has damaged the product;
  • shortcomings that have appeared due to wrong usage of the product;
  • the product has physically worn off due to normal usage.

9.3. If a Customer notices product non-conformity or defects, they must immediately notify KiRiVOO by sending an e-mail to shop@kirivoo.comKiRiVOO will notify the customer with further information and instructions. The claim must include: Customers’ full name, contact information, date of the claim, order number and date, date you found the defect, the description of the product non-conformity or defect (photo if possible), and the desired mode of compensation. The correct/right item will be posted as soon as possible after the faulty/wrong product has been returned to KiRiVOO. The shipping costs will be paid by KiRiVOO in the case of faulty/wrong products(s). Please keep and forward the shipping invoice to KiRiVOO.  

9.3.1. If a Customer and KiRiVOO do not come to an agreement, there is need for expert evidence. Please note that in that case, the expert evidence costs will be paid by the party, who turns out to be guilty. 

9.4. If the defect is technological, Customer can demand the product to be fixed or, if the repaired product is still ineffective, to be replaced for a correct product (same value). The Customer has the right to claim money back if the product cannot be replaced (due to the lack of suitable products) or if the defect occurs twice. 

9.4.1. Please keep in mind that KiRiVOO has the right to not repair or replace the faulty/wrong product. In such case KiRiVOO will offer a full refund. 

9.4.2. KiRiVOO will return the money as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the product arrives to KiRiVOO. The money will be refunded to the same bank account it was paid from.
